It is important to get x-rays about once a year to help the dentist and hygienist see the area around and between your teeth, where bacteria do the most damage. These areas are not visible with the naked eye and is the most common area for problems to start. But Digital X-rays minimize your exposure to x-ray energy and give us a very accurate picture of your mouth.
